The biggest issue categories across the category: Other (2632), Content (260), A11y (207). The most recurring specific problems I found: "missing skip navigation link to main content" (found on 7 sites); "multiple failed resource loads - dns resolution errors" (found on 5 sites); "multiple dns resolution failures - err_name_not_resolved" (found on 5 sites).

Top performers: Dotti, Fresh Cotton, City Beach (fewest issues). Sites needing the most work: Gap, Best Buy, Men's Wearhouse (most issues). The gap between best and worst is significant — the cleanest sites have 23 issues while the roughest have 171, suggesting very different levels of QA investment.
